I couldn’t/ can’t afford my cover with Platinum life. My advisor/assistant. Identified my need and problem by finding a solution and keeping my cover. She had a meaningful important discussion without being pushy about the sale. many thanks for the genuine support and care
Took my iPhone for screen repairs in may 2021 after paying R2000 for a new original screen I was mislead as 5 months later when I updated my software on my iphone my screen stopped working. Went back to to them and they wanted to charge me another R2000 for another screen. Went to another professional that advised me that my iphone did indeed have a demo screen replacement. Disgrace as there is no consequences.
