Done a contract 2 months ago. They took my money within seconds. When nie cancelled because they wanted finger prints on a device driven around by a courier company for any type of use so I cancelled. Now they want 3 months bank statements and proof of payment from me before refunding my money.. They did not ask for a bankstatement or proof of bank and they dispatched the product without proof.of payment so they got the proof themselves. Now they want all this before refund. What do they want to do with my 3 months bankstatements. Use it to **** some money off Me? Through a back door. Who is going to pay the R10 a page for 3 months? I have to. You took the money out of the account on the stated contract so refund it to the same account and fast. If you just look at all the bad reviews I think check point or those companies must be notified and obviously the ombudsman. They have no scruples and agents should be ashamed of working for them.
Have a Debt Busters Life Insurance policy and had a claim. Wow their staff member Sinenjongo Qwane at JustMoneyProtect went all out. The most patient and extremely professional consultant. JustMoney can be very proud of him for being so good at his job and by reminding you the whole time what is still required and informing you of what the process is and timeously answering all our worries and he held my friend's hand till the end. I am doing the review as she does not have any access to do so and I had to deal with Sinenjongo most of the time. I am really impressed brother with your professionalism and compassion for your job. My friend has been asking for a settlement letter on 29 April 2025 which we only got on 5 May 2025, now we have been phoning and phoning since 8 May 2025 and asked for a paid up letter on money which was paid already on 7 May 2025 and still no feedback. We eventually got through on the phone and requested it on 8 May but nothing yet and emails to the customerservice has yielded no response , even the 29 April ones...How do a person get serve from this company?

Been with them for over 12 years and always they are so super efficient. Logged my claim via the app and within minutes I get a phone call to confirm the supplier that will replace the sun roof which someone threw a stone on while taking builder home!!
Been with them for over 14 years and have always had excellent experience!! Nothing less. Will always advise people to get insurance with them!!! Can't go wrong!!
