Hi Hellopeter, i have an issue with an online store named, hairby_bby blue that i was planning to purchase a wig from... i had already sent half of the money for a deposit, and i was planning on sending more to finish up my payment, but i ended up canceling my order and decided on getting other hair items from them rather... Firstly, they said they would send me proof of confirmation for my hair, i had to write to them countless times, in order for me to receive it, i saw it on my emails that they sent it yesterday at around 20:00 in the evening, and they didn't even notify me that they sent it.. Secondly i wrote to them this morning at 11:00 (during their working hours).. that i would like to change my order into another one, that is the same amount as the money that i have deposited to secure the wig, i haven't gotten a response up until now, tried calling them their lines are always off, i tried leaving a comment on their instagram posts, telling them i tried calling and i also left a message on their whatsapp in regards to my order, they still haven't responded to that, i really have an issue with this type of service... i don't understand why they're not responding to their customers? how are we suppose to trust their store if our texts and calls go unanswered? especially given the fact that it's an online store... at this point i don't really care about getting their products, i would like my money back...!!!!! Ordered items on superbalist a week ago, still haven't received them, when i track my order its been on processing nothing is changing.. at this point i don't even want the items anymore i just want my money back.. i am beyond annoyed by this service
Hi there, i had a disgusting experience with a cashier named Slindo at Pep Home in Berea Center Durban, i went in to courier a parcel using paxi, she first had issues with me purchasing the courier bag, i asked her what's her issue, she didn't respond and proceeded and got me the bag, she then commanded me to open the bag, put my parcel inside and seal it again myself.. i did as instructed, she then asked me a branch code of the PEP store i would like to courier my parcel to, i told her i didn't know of any branch code, however i do know of the area in which i'd like the parcel to be delivered to, she told me to search for the branch code using my cellphone, i told her i don't have data to do that.. she told me she won't courier the parcel without me searching for the branch code.. i asked to search for the store using the name of the area, she said she couldn't find it, but didn't even attempt to search for it on the system, she just stood there staring at me blankly.. she then started searching for the place again, using the name i gave to her, she told me she found the place, took my parcel and placed it with the other parcels at the store.. i stood there asking if we were done, because she didn't tell me what would happen after she took the parcel and placed it with the others, didn't even bother to tell me what i should send to the person i was couriering the parcel to for them to be able to collect the parcel.. she told me we were done and still did not explain to me what to carry when the parcel is being collected, i am so disgusted by this service, customers should not be treated like this.
Hi there, i need assistance regarding perfume.com..i ordered 3 perfumes through their website on the 11th of december and i still haven't received my package, they sent me an email saying they shipped my order on the 13th of december.. i tried sending them an email sometime last week inquiring about my order, they did not respond to my email, i tried texting them through their instagram, they did not respond.. i also tried giving them a call countless times, and their phone number does not go through
