Well these people are the worst, You can only call them for Disputes if you not paying for the credit report, Why cant things be done like Experian where you can log a dispute for free online and also view your report for free multiple times why do we have to pay, I sent an email to you guys to dispute queries, and I have to follow up again after 3 months only to hear it will take another 2 months before it can get resolved, what a waste, but one thing I still dont understand the most, why have emails if you wont attend to them
I settled their account, rechecked settlement amount, only to find its different from the statement, they say they dont work the same as other companies, meaning they can charge you extra and it wont show on your statement as thats where all transactions are supposed to show and they are currently not showing as well. This is why I would then say ****mers, why is your statement different from Settlement, settlement amount, is always the same as that of the amount stated on the statement and it is should be stated that should you fail fail to pay on a specified date, chagres will be incurred. Can't incur charges on the month I have finished the loan at, thats ridiculous
Better than rain and no companyt will be perfect but one thing I can tell you you will only be down if something serious happens at the tower.. Looking at the tower I am connected to has been online without any interruption for close to 8 months now.. But should there be an equipment failure you will need to understand that equipment needs to be bought and replaced and that ETA can be anything from a day or even a week.. But in terms of consistancy with their speed if your devices are connected properly you shouldnt have issues.. Few minor buffs but most of the time its never interrupted big ups!!!
These guys will finish even your thousand rand airtime as they dont answer number 2, they take more than the prescripted 20 days to resovle issues. I am on month 3 now.. Can you get a hold of them no, This company had the most important aspect of a consumers life yet its soooo hard to get them.
Last Tuesday I had an issue with the petrol attendant mixing my fuel and pouring petrol instead of diesel them in fixing it, they were fast but they dont care what happens to you after, to top it off, I thought I got the same amount of fuel as when I had went there but my fuel is not what I found it to be. When I spoke to the manager about the inconvieniance I had of organising transport to work and also from work to pick up my car, he just said he also doesnt have a car, and didnt say anything when I said I am going to take it by the chin, You know I am not person that likes complaining but I left my car without being properly filled to the amount I wanted and KM's were 75 before the attendant even finished pouring the amount I wanted, But when I went to collect the car its on 70km's and yet they said they poured more, Became a serious inconvienance, making me believe that customers inconvienance caused by the garage its self, I have to pay for extra stuff in this tough economy, I dont wanna get the attendant in trouble he made a mistake but then as for the manager not to give me any compensation for what I went through. Sucks cause I ended up getting less fuel and also spending on going to work and back.. Its the attendants fault and an AOD should be signed by the attendant but manager legit didnt seem to care about how I got to them and how I left all they had to do is pour the amount I poured and not even confirm how much my fuel was before them draining, If i had complained surely he would have found a way to invalidate my feelings. and not pay though its due to the client, first garage to mix for me, definitely dont want it happening again change of garage is necessary and ensure I dont get inconvenienced like that by the same garage. The manager has the audacity to make it my problem that he doesn't have a car, to top it off when I am considering him and the fellow gentleman who made a mistake, He treated me as If what I am requesting from him since my fuel was not as what it was, I told him R50 is fine and he made me seem as if I am complaining for nothing, when I just dont wanna ask for a higher amount to inconviencance the attendant and also not complain for more fuel due to not knowing exactly the amount that was there. Worst experience ever.. Riaan is the managers name.
I was all good with them but then my issue is this, If I ask you to call me at 13:00 for an issue I urgently need your advise on, They always call at the wrong time, Thus not respecting my time and privacy no matter how many times I told them to contact me at 13:00 they dont, My main issue is that should I really be in trouble and ask them to call me at a time thats suitable for me they wont? and then close my file as not reached why when you reaching me at times I told you not to reach me on. I wanna cancel as I can not deal with this incompetance, I logged a complaint till today no one has contacted me regarding my complaint. I want to cancel as I do not trust you guys will do whats best for me but whats best for your consultants and team.
I came to African bank thinking I can start building a relationship with them sad to say the first month just went completely side ways, They charged me pro rata Interest and also Prorata Monthly fees, Then I saw my Balance on my app, I was happy, I then decided to pay the full loan within the same month, only 10 days after receiving the loan, The balance said 0.00 so I was happy come month end thinking they will update credit bureau, I dont see the update, I decide to try and get settlement, I struggled for about a week thinking its a bug on the app, but its not, they have designed the app to give you a settlement quote on their debit account, you have to go an extra step to be able to get it, I have been looking for a paid up letter and all I got was to go online despite multiple tries to communcate to them that I can not receive the paid up letter, Today I called in and I am being told I have to pay some more money before they can close my account, I tell them my issues and they only focus on sending me the settlement quote, despite my experience as a customer to getting that settlement letter and asking about the hidden fees I had no answer, I had a look at the settlement letter only to find out they are charging me interest & Fees for November though the account was fully paid on the 27th of October.
Firstly its like they dont have workers you will never I mean never get through to them on the phone you can spend thousands but they wont respond, Okay cool we move on, Try to email them, They reply as if its a default email without even looking, you send your documents to get assisted with a query but guess what they constantly about 3/4 times, they ask me the same thing I have sent which is documents, even if they reply to the same email that has the documents they say they can not assst you without documents, this company is supposed to protect us as consumers, cause our credit is our daily life, This is not fair and very *********, People can die of hunger cause of the way they do things. or even depression and hey they dont care right
This is my last day, So far so good, One issue, Last week sent a message to request clearance on my confused mind, no acknowledgement nothing, JUst hoping this day will go as planned, and they have been doing as they promised and at this point thats all I care about, But yes, They are very good, but do believe yes they can not answer everyone at once, but answer some questions when clients have asked
This has to be the best Attorney to have I mean, I got soo much assistance yet I am not even with them, Eva gave me such a beautiful explanation to the problem I had and to top it off, She referred me to a cheaper solution though she is a lawyer herself and can do it to make sure clients dont pay more than what the should, Eva Is sooo nice calm and collected I would recommend EMG attorney's all day everyday!!!! I can not thank you enough Eva.
