Refund of deposit
Do not trust this company, I do not know how an estate such as Sitari country estate would allow them to let out apartments. When I moved out of my apartment they gave me a huge list of faults and quotes me a huge amount for ridiculous things. They wanted me to paint walls because of scuff Mark's. After going through all of that and fixing the faults they said were wrong, they refused to refund my deposit. I had to issue them a Letter of Demand to get my deposit and it was still returned short and their reason is I was in arrears even though my rent was on debit order. I had requested proof for the arrears, it has been 3 months now and have still not received it. This company is a scam! They are run by arrogant and unfriendly people. Do not trust them!
