DO NOT USE UBER
For as long as i have made use of uber you get charged the amount that is offered, but not anymore. On Wednesday i made use of the app and selected a ride for R32 but after my ride was completed i received an email for a charge of R52 and when i submitted this issue after a massive struggle they told me "We can confirm that this trip isn’t eligible for a price adjustment" . This company is ****ming their clients and robbing them blind. R19 might not seem like a big deal but think of how many people they are doing this to, if they would have given me a reason or heads up about the price change as a company is supposed to then i would understand, but they did no such thing. I will NEVER make use of uber for transport again, from now on i will only be making use of Bolt, at least there they stick to their rates and don't **** or rob their clients.

Caledon hotel - Wors place to stay.
Would not recommend the hotel. It was a waste of R2500 a night. Service is terrible. Our rooms fridge didn't work, after making a complaint still they did nothing. The aircon remote was broken and no one did anything about it. There was no soap for hand washing nor was there air freshner for after using the bathroom. This place does not deserve to be called a hotel. The receptionists are really slow they didn't even look like they wanted to be there. I waited 10 minutes before someone noticed me and took my room card upon checking out. No one even helped us with our bags. This was my 1st time in a hotel and the guesthouses i've stayed in was much better and cheaper. What a waste of money.

Stay away from UNISA
They are absolutely useless. I finished and paid for my course in August and now its been 5 months in which I haven't received my certificate for completion. I have called, emailed and escalated the matter numerous times and absolutely nothing has happened. They told me that it was sent to the courier company but when i tried to search for my parcel with the student number it came back to say that "nothing can be found" so not only are they useless but they are liars and they can't even tell me where the certificate is!!! So please whatever you do, do not go to UNISA, rather go to Skills Academy at least there the follow up on you each month to see if they can help you with anything and when you call they don't make you wait 2 hours. In conclusion UNISA is a sorry excuse for a university / College.
