After six weeks of follow ups requesting paid up letters for a loan account I have settled - still nothing. YOU CALL AND THEIR CUSTOMER LINE JUST ABRUPTLY ENDS! The consultants don’t even bother to provide feedback! HP ATTORNEYS ARE JUST THE WORST !!!0 replies

Makro trash service!
Honestly the most appalling customer experience. Ordered a fridge online and it's been 12 days and yet no delivery! What was more shocking was that the status of my order says delivered! Makro call centres are of no help! Never answer calls or reply to emails. This beyond a service being affected by the pandemic! Never again!1 reply
