I sent a parcel with The Courier Guy/Pudo Locker boxes to Durban. Customer received the wrong parcel in the box. (2026-04-01) First Support contact attempt was early on 2026-04-02. Tried to contact support on all their platforms, all telling me to email support (I sent 2 x emails already), filled their online forms (2x), requested support on Facebook (Waited a few hours - will escalate. ). Whatsapp (2 x ), - "They will escalate" - No response, no contact from them whatsoever. Completely ignoring me. Tried calling the Local Kiosk (4x) - Stellenbosch - No answer - The subscriber you have dialled is not available at present! Today 2026-04-08 - still no feedback. I have always considered TCG a good courier company but they are dropping the ball badly with numerous bad reviews recently. Extremely disappointed.
I am on my 6th Lesson and so far it has been a smooth ride with everything I need on schedule, well presented classes and support is ready when you need them. I am looking forward to finish all the Modules to gain the necessary information to take my business to the next level. Studying in my own time, but keeping me to a schedule to ensure I pay regular attention to my course.
