When did it take Leroy Merlin so long deliver items, since 17 May 2026 i purchased an online items and they delaying my project
The service has been extremely disappointing. Even the IT department has been unable to resolve a basic issue with my delivery address. It’s frustrating that I don’t have alternative shopping options, as this is the only store I can use with the Float payment method.
Absa insurance company is the best in the market and I would recommend it my friends and family
I have been trying to place an order online but the clay bricks keep saying not available for delivery I went to Fourways store to get assistance worse they tried downloading on app still no assistance. I do have other stores such cashbuild and builders to shop from but I still prefer the quality of their products
Been without an internet for 3 days and they so lazy to send a technician out instead insist on helping remotely- pathetic service😠
For the past 2 years i have been with Miway, this is the first time i experience such a pathetic and poor service, i always have the best experience but of I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from Miway Insurance. I have been a loyal customer for the past two years and have always had positive experiences with your company. However, my recent interaction with your WhatsApp chat service has been extremely disappointing. On 13/08/2024, I contacted your WhatsApp chat service to make a few amendments to my policy, including increasing the replacement value and applying a discount. The process, which I expected to be straightforward, turned into a whole-day ordeal. The consultant who assisted me seemed inexperienced and unable to resolve my issues efficiently. As a result, I spent an entire day trying to get these simple amendments made, which caused significant inconvenience and frustration. While I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, the level of service I received was far below the standard I have come to expect from Miway.
After spending more 100k from March to June 2024 at Leroy, I didn't mind until with my final touches. I requested a cutting of board on 24/05/2024 to date every time i call for follow up there is an excuse after the other. Pathetic service from Leroy Merling Fourways. I cant request the refund a move to another store cause they already wasted my time and i hate it
