The Sneaker Shack Ballito - No customer service!
Visited the Ballito Branach recently. If I could give 0 I would have. Firstly incorrect date to pick up, then the date is changed without notification. I was then told by the store manager that the shoes will be delivered at their cost to CPT. It never arrived on said date with absolutley no feedback as to where the shoes are.

@ticketpro shocking service
If I had the option to select 0, I would have done so. The match between DSG and MI was cancelled due to rain. As confirmed in the email communication from Ticketpro, the tickets were meant to be refunded. This match was on the 28/12/2025! Despite making numerous phone calls—none of which were answered—and sending multiple emails, I have received no response whatsoever. To date, no refund has been processed, and there has been no communication from Ticketpro regarding this matter.

Pathetic service from Momentum SA
My vehicle was recently sent to a panel beater to have my front bumper repaired. After 1 week I decided to find out on the progress I was told that the alternative bumper/pirate bumper did not fit and that the panel beater was now waiting for the OEM part. My vehicle is still covered by the factory warranty so why would a pirate part even be considered for this repair. After the OEM bumper was approved and "all" repairs finalized I now find out that part of the accident damage that was identified was not repaired although an assessor did inspect the vehicle. After numerous mails I still have had absolutely no feedback and the call center cannot provide any proper response as I was told I need to send an e-mail mentioning the outstanding damage and yes this was done but still I have no response.

No customer service
I purchased a chest freezer online on the 16/03/2020. Delivery was supposed to be after 3-5 days. As yet I still have not received the appliance. After around 12 calls I still have no proper feedback, each time I was told I will be called back but know one has called back. I am now told that KZN has no stock and need to wait for stock to arrive. Game does not provide an online service and this is a waste of a customers time.
