I placed an order via app( on the double, order: 205 date: 03/07/2021 Time: 17:16, this pizza only arrived at 20:30. I called the store 0145922626 and they advised the driver already left for delivery, I then requested driver's no. 0792597535 who advised he stuck somewhere because of a wheel puncture. Clearly this left a bad taste in the mouth literally as the pizza arrived very cold, we had to meet driver half way at night just to get our pizza.
I am very livid as MTN never bothered to contact me on my last review, Today is the 8th, the so called contract sim card is not load with data, amount we did not agree on R157 debited yesterday. I went to the MTN store near and was advised they can't track any account with my I'd no and the contract account number. They cannot get back to me regarding this query but they sure can debit my account! This is nothing but bull ****, by word of mouth and social media rest assure Bad experience will be heared and known to friends and family.
I am aware how telesales agents operate, they call you with a pitch all exciting and probably what you wanna hear, but when it comes to charges they are never professional enough to give you the correct charges. Mtn contract was sold to me, ACC: A6128136 a month ago via telephone, I may not have recall much of the conversation but I vividly recall being told more than once that I am only going to pay R100 each month for a data contract. I recieved both sms and statement via email advising of R157? I do not like such costly surprises and what I detest the most is the run around you get when trying to get help via call centre, I am not happy as I feel stupid to think I heared correctly to the R100 speech but I am writing this review knowing precisely I heard right, R100 per month is what I agreed to. I placed an order: MAK2622542 on the 24/06/2020, only confirmed on the 03/07/2020 and as of this morning 09/07/2020 order still in progress, not yet packed. I am now getting irate, as the delivery time 10-14 days from the order date will definitely sum up this order to an entire month. Buying online, with immediate payment should by far surpass the walk in customer by efficiency and time. I am now experiencing a nightmare of the entire process!
I bought the dstv decoder at hifi corporation 17/05/2020 Mams Mall, was given a card with the installer's infor by the name of Shadrack. Called the guy same and he advised I should whatsapp him the address, the guy just blue ticked. I texted him again on Monday 18/05/2020 when is he coming and he rudely replied " I will assist you....pls relax". Tried to call his mobile number and it rings to voicemail, I texted when is he coming and he just blue tick. This is a reflection of someone who doesn't care about customer service, he behaves as if installing a dish is nothing but a favour, and hes wasting my time as I did not purchase the dish to decorate with. I need my dish installed in the next 24hrs please, its not credit please.
I believe this franchise has potential and the food is not bad. To my dismay, I encountered a disturbing character, attitute and a filthy culture from the employees of Max box fish and chips in Mams mall Mamelodi. On different occations I saw the max box staff going to the bathroom and leaving it without washing their hands. This alarming, as am a regular customer of Maxbox. I mean what a disrespect to food, health and customer service for staff dealing with food, to bodly not wash their hands after using the loo, even in the presence of customers. This needs to be attended to or else social media with footage of evidence will buzz with this complaint, this is rubbish and utter disgust.
