During these dark times, my family and I still want to support the local restaurants which we have relied on and loved over the years. OrderIn has allowed us to do that - it has a great range of local restaurants, a user-friendly website and app, and friendly couriers. We love using this service at the best of times, but are especially grateful to have access to it now, when the world has been turned upside down. #SupportLocal
I submitted a claim in November...it has still not been resolved. I am copying the wording from the latest email from Tsepiso Ndwandwa (when I asked what was taking so long) because it is too ridiculous to be believed: "The claim had been allocated to an incorrect area within Santam, they have done some work on the claim however due to the fact that it is not their area of expertise, there were steps neglected in the process." In the meantime I sit with a broken car. This is the second HelloPeter complaint I am writing in connection with this - seems that the automated comment left on each complaint from some marketing person is worth less than nothing.
I submitted all my documentation via a broker a month ago for a third party claim. I never even received confirmation that the documents were received. Upon following up, I have spoken to various people (Yolisa Majikijela, ****m Jacobs are the only ones whose names I have), they have given me various stories from having no record of the claim to having incomplete documentation (which I can prove was sent to them). Absolutely no sense of professionalism or urgency from anyone I have spoken to. Do they just delay all claims hoping people will eventually give up and shell out of their own pockets?
