Honestly amazes me how a company can be so incompetent and rude - we have been waiting for a rain sim card which was supposed to be delivered on the 26 March 2020 (8 days) later still has not been delivered - having called Ram Couriers every day and being put on hold for over 20 - 30 mins and then having their rude consultants hung up the call on you? this has happened multiple times! One star rating is to much for your disgusting service. I have never been treated so poorly as a client and Ram couriers have no customer service what so ever!
So, we want to cancel our friends bachelorette at Beefcakes Johannesburg this weekend due to the stress of covid-19. No services have been rendered. Literally booked online. Paid a R750 deposit which they won’t refund. They’re not being accommodating at all considering the massive health risk at stake. It’s NOT FAIR to their clients. During any other circumstance, I’d be happy to lose my deposit but seeing as it’s a situation BEYOND OUR CONTROL... I think it’s only fair. Poor form, guys. So I have to lose my money because I don’t want to risk being sick
