BMW Sandton accelerator pedal
I went to BMW Sandton bought an accelerator pedal for my brother's car which is in Malawi. I got the pedal and sent it across once it was there my brother immediately said the pedal was faulty as it was raving by itself while he was outside. He then sent it back to me of which l went to BMW Sandton. Nishaad the parts sales consultant said he will try help and he took me over to the service manager Warren. The pedal part number was different to the one for my car of which Warren said BMW had upgraded the parts so the one l was given was the correct one based on the upgrade. Warren then contacted his other 2 managers who were both away at the time as the date was 22 December 2020. The other managers who are Curtis and Karabo never bothered to reply to the email sent by Warren since the 22nd of December. However Warren did come back to me saying l should bring the car in at BMW Sandton for them to test what the issue could be so they can replace the pedal but l did say the car is based in Malawi and l won't be able to bring the car as that is far and costly for me, this response l got it on the 5th of January 2021 from Warren. I did urge him to try speak to his supervisor and the other managers again since l could not bring car around all l want is the part to be replaced or to get a refund coz as of now l paid for the part brought it back BMW Sandton took it back but did not refund me at all or get me another part. And just getting a reply from Curtis or Karabo has been fruitless. Please help me as they have taken both my money and the pedal

Worst customer experince @Inverter Warehouse do not go there and expect good service.
l am looking into installing a solar system at our place. My uncle referred us to go to Inverter warehouse in Herman Street close to the Airport side. As a customer who didn't want to waste time l had gotten Quotes from 3 other companies before this one. So before l went l thought l would give them a call and give them all l want before l actually go out to Inverter Warehouse. l called the company more than 6 times as l was trying the option 1 for Sales but with no luck l decided to press option 2 for accounts so that they can take my details and pass on to the sales persons. The whole day went by even the next day went by then l called again left my details with the accounts even left my cell and email but nothing happened. So after 48hours of no luck l thought it might be better if l go out there so they attend to me. So upon arrival there at the counter the Sales guy was on his mobile phone on a call. There was another gentleman in front of me so after minutes of waiting l asked him how long he had been waiting for he told me. There was another Sales person helping that man. The sales person left at the counter was still on their mobile after about 5- 8 minutes of waiting the Sales person not acknowledging that there is some people in front of him. Someone started welding in the back of which it made a big noise so the Sales man whose name is Karel got up looked through some window to check who was making noise l am sure coz after that he went to the back whilst still on his call. So the Karel the Sales man returns from the back his call now over. He sits asks how he can help no hello nothing. l now told him how l have been trying to get a quote for the past 2 days and how l never got a call back from any sales person despite the lady from accounts taking my details before l could finish telling him he said " look l do not want to argue with you so lets not waste time and just tell me what you want" . Feeling like we are not on the same page he says to me do you want me to help you or not then l just continued to the quote l actually wanted. Just after getting the quote with such bad attitude from Karel l was so furious l decided to go upstairs to let his mangers know. So l went upstairs where l saw 2 ladies the old lady on my right. l went sat at her desk started telling her how unhappy l was with Karel. l told her everything then l said look l am here to give you guys business but l am not happy with how l have been treated by Karel so should l continue talking to you guys or l must look for another company before l could even finish the above a white gentlemen walks at a desk to my left before he could even sit down he said to me " Please take your business somewhere else as we are busy, short staffed and we do not have stock" in a very rude way then the lady says sorry that is my Boss he is the owner of the business. l just left at that point. The attitude from Karel and his Boss is so bad l am not sure if it is because l am a black male. Their whole attitude and how they talk to you makes you feel so tiny and little. l was there to pay after getting the quote but after me getting told to leave and take my business somewhere l felt its better leave.
