I placed and Order on the 24th November and was promised that they would deliver before the 15 December 15th came and they said 20something.... then i sent them whatsup and emails and even told them i would expose them on Hello peter as i see that their reviews are surely from the employees. today's it's the 4rd and no answer no goods no refund.

Since the 15-07-2022 I APPLIED for my kids to be added on the medical aid, no response no progress. i called them and i was told dont worry they will respond. August I called again and i was told its still being processed. i said to them the membership should start in 01.09.2022 they said no worries. Monday 29.08.2022 they telling me that the form was filled incorrectly and its over 20days so i need to feel another one. i got angry and was on the call with some guy who said that they will need police station affidavit and i said to him im at work till Friday how can they tell me this on Monday and yet the 1st is on Thursday? He said its fine write it on PDF and send it, thats ;what the member department told him. today 31.08 i called and the lady who answered was so rude she even dropped the call on me. i then called again and the guy said they cant see my form that i sent on Monday. i said to him tomorrow is the first what will happen to my kids he said i will have to pay cash if needed be and i said if they need to be hospitalised then what considering i have applied in July and has been doing follow up he said you pay also. so im so disappointed with the service and i realy have no words
They say they pay for the baby immunization, i get to dischem and they reject the claim. i called them and ask to send the list of what they pay for they sent me and i found that only 1 injection they were suppose to pay for. i ended up paying R1562 cash. now they said they want the invoice from dischem and proof that i made the pmt. i sent them. and then their bull**** started. these are all their emails: Thank you for contacting Fedhealth. 1. Please be advised that the claim for Greenstone Mall Pharmacy with practice number: 0212830 for treatment date 02/03/2022 for the charged amount of R1,442.59 was sent through to the claims department for refund. Kindly note as per the feedback received they require and copy of the claim together with your proof of payment confirming that the claim was paid by you as the member. 2nd email: Please be advised that claim for Greenstone Mall Pharmacy with practice number: 0212830 for treatment date 02/03/2022 was sent through to the claims department for reprocessing. Kindly note as per the feedback received the claim is rejecting because of the referring provider. Please submit an amended claim with the correct practice number for the referring provider. 3rd email: Please submit an amended claim with the correct practice number for the referring provider as remarks are "Product not on scheduled product list for the prescribing provider". (mind you i asked them 20times what is the refering provider and why they rejected the claim in the first place from Dischem?) 4TH EMAIL JUST KILLED ME: THEY RAN OUT OF EXCUSES Kindly note that claim dated 03 March 2022 has been rejected due to the incorrect refering doctor.An optometrist cannot refer the patient for Immunization.

THEY LIE AND THEY CHEAT THEIR CLIENTS WITH THIS MEDIVAULT AND NETWORK PROVIDER. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WHAT HAPPENS ON THE FAMILY ROOM STAYS THERE BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEMS IS NOT CONNECTED TO OUR ONLINE FAMILY ROOM. i asked them so what is the use of the family room? last year i updated my Network provider for me and my Son since we moved to the new place, they didnt wanna pay the claim saying my Dr was not a nominated provider. I told them i nominated him on the family room and they went and checked with the IT and they said yha we see and we will re process the claim and all of a sudden no they cant see the Dr so they cant pay. they are running away fro paying a R377.00. This medical aid used to be good but now its being ran by crooks who sells you the world and give you lowest service
