Good afternoon Trust you are well I spoke to a lady by the name of Sharleen in the retention department herewith is her email address ([email protected]) And she confirmed that I am on the MTN My Choice 20G Data Bundle and is paying R179 per month I spoke to Tarren Johnson at Summer mobile that sold me the Upgrade(I was NEVER aware it was a 3rd party as she said she is calling from MTN) on the 15th May and she Too told me that I am on the correct package of which is 10G anytime Data PLUS 20G promotional recurring Data of which I will receive every month for the full 24 months PLUS 10G Night Data and 20G promotional recurring night Data So all in all I am suppose to get 30G day and 30G Night time Data And this was NOT the Data I received on the 12th June as that is the date my Data normally comes through,,,,Herewith is a screenshot that I took of my MTN App On the 12th June So you can see what I received I did not receive my 20G promotional recurring data at all and this is my query when will I receive my 20G Day Time Promotional Recurring Data The Summer Mobile Tarren says she Cant help me as I need to speak to MTN and when I called MTN I was send from Pillar to post then they say I should speak to after sales department then they said I need to speak to the credit department Now they say I must speak to the Customer service department and I called and then was told the IT department is the people that should help as they are to rectify and give me the 20G promotional recurring Data that I never received So please please is there Anyone that can assist me as the debit order went off already the 26th June and I did not received the Data I was promised on 074 582 1895 and I am a long standing MTN client and this is the first time something like this happened to me Kind regards Melanie Heradien 078 460 5778
Good day Tamron Trust you are well Please can you send me the copy of the recorded contract I did with you on the 15th May 2023 for contact number 0745821895.. MTN please Because since the 12th of June until today I have been back and forth with MTN sending emails, calling and got so many reference numbers and still my query is not resolved I did not receive the data on this number as per the contract you sold to me via phone and when I called your offices and spoke to Beulah she said there is nothing you can do I have to go back to MTN and fight it out with them So NOW I been do the run around the calling the inconvenience and to top it off the debit order went off and yet I was given the incorrect data You said I will receive 10G day time and 20G promotional Data that means 30G data for day and 30G night time for the full 24 months and this is not what I received on the 12th June and now again 12th July and for this reason I want this contact to take it to the ombudsman as Noone is interested to assist me and even if I stop the debit order the my name will appear on ITC and that is all so Unnecessary So please can you email me the contact to enable me to take this matter further Kind Regards Melanie Heradien 0784605778
Me and My Husband didn't have much and we took that special they had at quarterdeck Grandwest and even thou the time was only 1 and a half hour that we could be there it was amazing the food was out of this world honestly the staff so polite and helpful even the Chef come to our table to ask if we enjoying the food and we couldn't stop raving ,,,,,really a place that I would love to go back again when the funds is available
Good afternoon This email is to compliment your staff member Thoufeeq , Not only did he go the extra mile but he give the best service I received in such a long time and I will defiantly recommend friends and family to shop from Cash Crusaders Stellenbosch. On the 28th my son was in search of a Xbox 1 console and found one at your Stellenbosch and Cape Town branch. I then called the Cape Town branch to set it aside for the next day as we live in Mitchell's Plain and to drive now it would mean we will arrive after closing time , there response was they cant guarantee that the Xbox will still be there because if someone else comes for the X-box today they will sell it to them, all I said its fine I will call back in the morning to confirm if the X-box is still available. I then called your Stellenbosch branch and spoke to Thoufeeq and just in the matter he answered the phone was already a sign of good customer service. I asked him the same as I did the Cape Town store and Thoufeeq response was mind blowing not something that I would have expected. He offered to drop it at my home because he too lives in Mitchell's Plain and can drop it the same evening ,Now that I call going the extra mile for your clients So he came the evening as promised and my son then set everything up and the payment was done. I can truly say my son is over the moon with his new game and I am happy for the excellent service I received WELL DONE THOUFEEQ
I bought a pack of those 2 hole chickens at Woolworths Waterstone Villiage on the 7th March as I was in the Area. Monday late afternoon I took out the chicken from my fridge to cook it for supper, and got this bad smell and rather decided not to open the packet and instead return it to the store and take a other bag of Chicken. Tuesday morning I called your Woorlworths Kenilworth Branch and Spoke to Debbie Matthews and explained to what happened and asked her if they will allow me to exchanged it at this store as I am closer to the Kenilworth store and cant go all the way back to Waterstone. From the moment I spoke to her I heard the compassion in her voice she firstly apologised for my bad experience I encountered ,even thou it didn't come from there store, she said I can gladly come and exchanged it and she will assist me. Upon entering there store I spoke to her and she greeted me with such warmth, and again give her apologies without ANY hassle or questions she took the bad chicken from me and I took 2 fresh chicken Please can you give her this compliment for her outstanding customer service, Your store really have a special lady and would really hold on to her as you dont get a lot of those people that really display excellent customer service anymore.
