I was Sixty60's biggest fan, but my recent experiences with online shopping through Checkers Sixty60 Hypervalley Nelspruit has been extremely disappointing. Nearly every time I place an order, I am informed that items are "out of stock" only after I have already made the payment. This issue seems to occur with every purchase, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. I believe Checkers needs to invest in dedicated warehouses specifically for fulfilling online orders and deliveries. Without this improvement, I fear that Sixty60 may become a short-lived service rather than a long-term success.
We continually receive great service from their friendly and professional teams. Their time management is top-notch. The office staff and management are extremely efficient and friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile.
What is happening with Takealot lately? I never used to get such bad service. Things just seem to be spiralling down. I ordered a foundation, but received some type of face vitamin. I completed the returns process... 4 days ago, and still no response. You cannot contact them direct.
Phoned HomeChoice Customer Care 0861999635 in several occasions to ask them to request their Nelspruit branch stop breaking the by-laws regarding noise pollution. The staff at the Nelspruit branch set up speakers outside the shop doors and blast music all day. It is impossible to conduct business due to the incredibly loud music. I phoned again today. Was promised they would get back to me. Still waiting for their call.
