Worst service provider ever. When I got my lte sim for mtn they said we have coverage where I am staying. Just found out today that this is not true and the reason why my sim gets locked everyday for the past week now. Mind you the other times we had loads of connection issues and not sure if its the same reason as they never tell the truth. Today was the first and I am totally disgusted even if here was a tower for mtn no one even tried to notify the clients that the tower will no longer be working. Which is poor. You pay them every month on time and only use maybe 15 days worth of wifi the other times you struggle to do anything. Do not use them ever.
I don't recommend DSC Attorneys, they do not come back to you not in emails or on whatsapp or calls. How can one actually rely on them to take your case if they just read without respond. On their website everything seems great and all but is not so great in actuality. I did everything on the website at first to see if I qualify for a slip and fall claim but nothing I then went on to ask on whatsapp as they have a whatsapp number available too , asked me how they can assist and then nothing. Did not even read my message. For now more than a week now. This is not acceptable. The least they can do is just tell me they will attend to it as soon as they get a chance and then say at least how long I have to wait for a response then this way no confusion can be caused. Just acknowledge and put us at ease that we are important enough to be attended to.
I had no problem what so ever with mondo, they delivered my package earlier than expected after fee was paid, they even assisted me with everything I need without problems. Very happy with their client service too as they answered my queries promptly and hassle-free. Very friendly staff always ready to help
Well, where do I start. I have a few problems with this company. No notices given for late delivery. No email, sms or phone call to say sorry for waiting 7 days for your product. No sir. I had to go through the company I bought stuff to get a phone call about why delivery is 5 days later than it needed to be. It's 15:47 17 December 2020. Despatch received my products on the 10th of December 2020. Delivery time according to them is 2 to 3 days from kzn to limpopo. Asked on the 14th where my parcel was, received email on the 15th asking this courier company the same thing. Only today 17 December 2020 I received a phone call this morning my parcel will be delivered today I have to make sure I am at home. Well still waiting for my parcel. At 15:00 sent an email again asking for when I will receive my parcel. Well nothing received yet. Who else had problems with this company Churchill international? I am not pleased with their work ethics at all. Clients are not important these days it seems. We pay for service and we don't even get n phone call out of self comment sense to tell what problems arrived and how long extra we have to wait. Business have a system and I strongly believe that this specific business has a system that does not work. I am unsatisfied with their service. I really hope that they can do better even in this times that demands service and good service.
I am an agent in Polokwane for Calléndra and even as an agent I am impressed by their services. I am not making this business good just because I sell some of their products, I name this business because they have made name above others with how they handle business. Their ethics is excellent and are fast with their deliveries no matter if it's client delivery or agent delivery.
I have also received an email stating that I can have a job ready for me but I first must do a backgound check and screening through Smiths Corp SA and to email [email protected] but if I tap on the email address given it goes to [email protected] and not this gavin guy. I realized immediately that this is a scam. I have send an email and request to the Smith Corp South Africa ([email protected])people stating that I will give all this information to a private detective and so today I did after receiving an email with the form that needs to be filled in and that from a email [email protected]. all these different emails tells a story already. Its easy to fall for something that looks legit but in this case all these emails has done is tell me that scammers is getting very creative and clever. Gmail even told me that these emails cannot be verified as it could be spam and not legit emails. So guys please be carefull and always look at email addresses as this can also indicate fraudsters at its best. And companies will always have an interview first before a job will be offered. I am sorry for those who paid money. I hope that justice can be done. I hope this will help in the future also for people who does not know whats real and what not.
