I entered the vehicle A VW Polo Sedan numberplate JS57YCGP. I noticed that the driver on the profile is not the driver that’s driving the vehicle. I then greeted the driver and he responded with the question how much is this trip. And started driving. I told him okay wait I’m still busy on my phone I will tell you. He then turned back and stopped the car and asked me again how much is your trip then I was forced to tell him because he was so rude to me. I told him my chip isR54 and and then he looked forward and started the vehicle and proceeded to drive and asked me where am I going I told him I’m going to Umgeni park. I felt so uncomfortable and so terrified of this driver he was absolutely rude to me didn’t care about anything but the money that he was getting out of me. he dropped me off and I paid him his R54. I don’t know what he did on the side of the phone but it didn’t show that there was a charge on the trip it was 0.00 I am also not able to rate my trip which was very disappointing very poor I don’t think this driver is supposed to be working for Bolt. His behaviour is disgusting, I took a video of him driving which I will send to you. He didn’t even have a seatbelt on so reckless and irresponsible. Please get back to me with the feedback about the driver
I am very disappointed at the terrible level of unprofessionalism I have experienced at the Durban ICC information desk ( black shubby lady)and Baobab cafe. I am a regular customer that visit the cafe almost three times a week for meetings and lunch while I do my work, but recently they have changed the WiFi pass and they refuse to share it me and to my understanding the WiFi password is free to all guest that are inside the ICC. They sent me up and down from the cafe to the information desk to ask for the WiFi password but no one wanted to assist me . This is really disrespectful and rediculous.
