Worst car dealer ever(Lisa car /bank dealership)

We paid R2000 to reserve a car but changed our minds, since we waited for our refund since we don't need a car anymore and whenever we call them they give us the worst excuses ever,last week they said they refunded our money back but only to find out that they just scamming us.. We made a payment from my wife's bank card, her name is kgabo and the first guy who helped him is sbusiso and their car dealer it's based at Edleen in Kempton park, now they just ignoring our call, sbusiso, Angelo and Valentino pay back our money
