I am writing to express extreme dissatisfaction with my recent order. The handling of this order was unacceptable and has resulted in gifts missing a celebration date. 1. Item 1: Incorrect Product & Missing Quantity Problem: I ordered two units. I received only one unit, and it was the incorrect product. Service Failure: Your team insisted I log a full return to fetch the single, incorrect item before sending a correct replacement. 2. Items 2 & 3: Delivery Failure and Unauthorized Refund Problem: The items missed the delivery date. I received no communication regarding the delay. Service Failure: I suddenly received an email stating a refund is being processed. This was an unauthorized cancellation and a complete failure to deliver time-sensitive items. The least you could have done was to communicate the stock availability and find out if i want an alternative. When reaching out, i got told it is their 'policy' to auto-cancel an item that goes straight to a refund. Now it is a waiting game to see if i even get the money returned to me. I definitely won't be purchasing from Makro any time soon.
If there was a 0 rating, that is what they would get. I see now that all of their reviews are exactly what i am going through. 4 months after my lease has ended and no sign of a deposit. Nobody responds to us since they said we must reach out to Mario Grobler, who does not seem to know how to answer a call. They were so quick to take our deposit but utter silence when it comes to rightfully returning it. I hate begging for money, but it is worse when it is your own money you have to beg for! Save yourself the pain, and do yourself a favour by NOT ever using this company.
My fiance and i had a bad experience with 2 agents from Rawson. After the first experience we thought it was just the agent, tried another. And was let down again. They are very *********, unprofessional and unhelpful. Especially with purchasing a new home, there has to be a certain level of customer service attached to it.. It is an exciting journey, but they are too careless to even take it seriously.
I have purchased C***** Milk all of my life, this is the third time this has happened. I bought the milk, get home and open it to find that it is already spoilt. It is disappointing as it is a waste of money, secondly, I cannot rely on such a big brand anymore in knowing i will receive quality, thirdly, i have sent C***** a direct message previously, to which i only got one response and then silence.
I have always ordered with Takealot, due to convenience and their great communication. However the last few times i have ordered have not been pleasant especially the latest one. There were two occasions that I ordered, items on my order were canceled on delivery day with no comms as to why, only when i asked i got told that the supplier does not have it - there should be a comm before delivery to ask if we would like an alternate option. The order that upset me the most is where i ordered a canister set, labelled sugar, coffee and tea. The first one i received, was designed completely different to what i ordered and the box said, SPICE CONTAINERS. I logged a return, and requested an exchange, i received the second one today, where they sent me the same design but all the bottles are different sizes, and still with no label on them showing sugar, coffee and tea. As mentioned, Takealot is used due to convenience, however this has been a great inconvenience as i have to keep working around the admin of returning incorrect items. Ensuring i am home for them to collect and re-deliver. Please work on your customer experience, you used to be great, but i guess as you getting more business you are losing focus on your customer experience.
