Driver first claimed failed delivery - call log shows nothing. 3 days later claims succesful delivery. Once again no missed calls or anything. I called bull****, they claimed they dropped it off at security. There is no securty guard or reception.
Next day delivery? Driver claims they were there but no missed call or anything, 3 days later package is marked by amazon as delivered. Which it was not. Amazon customer support basically told me to contact them in a few days? ***? Frankly this is theft
Good day Ive been trying to cancel my post paid contract continuation for years now . I have no interest in it , its a waste of money. I literally have never even used the sim card nor do i have it. Literal years. Please cancel it immediately. I work nightshift and will not be answering my phone during the day. Nothing with them works, everything is a ***** up, customer service non existent, even their automated processes doesnt work. Literally havent been able to login in months because you get the OTP 24 hours later whether its sms or email
Reported an issue almost a month ago. Its still not resolved. I dont get feedback and this is just pathetic service for a private client
Ive been struggling for months trying to sort out my revolving facility, havent been able to access it , Ive spoken to many advisors which have all been useless, all say it should resolve in a day or 2 and then it doesnt. Whats the ****** point in having a private clients account if they are useless? Even emailing the revolving facility department as they have requested doesnt work because nobody gets back to you at all, I have been with FNB for more than a decade and ive always made payments on time, As soon as my divorce finalises im taking my credit lines elsewhere
Booked plane ticket via app, money went through etc etc. Never got the ticket, phoned the helpline and was told something went wrong and there is no ticket. The money will take 24 hours to return to my account. So here I am stuck in Gauteng, best case I will be able to buy another ticket tomorrow, I have already paid for my accommodation tonight so here I am losing R1000 on accommodation and an entire day of holiday with my family. Thanks for *****ing up my holiday
Zero customer service , by the time I get to the gate the driver is already gone. Tried phoning - they put the phone down in your ear, agents are rude and untrained. No one responds to their emails
No buyer protection, stay away, never received any of my orders and aliexpress just gave me the finger
So my CC expired and I have just been using my virtual card as I find it alot more convenient as I don't like carrying my wallet. Then FNB decided that since I don't have a hard card on hand to suspend my account, I literally cannot pay or just transfer money from my account, I am currently so ****ed , I have a 9 month pregnant wife at home meaning my kid can literally come at any time and I won't be able to pay the admission fees. Apart from that I cannot pay any of my domestic workers or order stock for my small business bringing everything basically to a standstill costing me thousands just because FNB blocks internet banking on an account just because there is no hard cc - which I don't use or need at all. I am stuck for the next 5 days just because of FNB BS. I have been with FNB since 2015/2016, this is appalling that they can drop you in the **** like this with no warning.
