I've been with one plan just shy of two years... I understand the T&C's of the policies in place... First claim two years ago they paid in full and my dog was over 8 months old... This year another big bill and my dog was just under a year and half payment made without questions... Always fast, friendly and lives up to the expectations always... Thank you
I recently lost my Saint Bernard to liver failure he was only 8 months old... To my knowledge and understanding of short term and long term insurances and T&C's that apply I was expecting to not have my bills of blood works scans etc covered... I submitted a claim for burial and cremation... OnePlan pet insurance done a full investigation and got the necessary history from his treating vetenarian and within 7 days they paid the full bill which was thousands of Rands... It doesn't bring ones furbaby back but it does to show you that they stick to their word and made everything much more easier... They also gifted a card and a package.... It's the little things in life that counts... Thank you OnePlan Team you definitely live up to the expectations and even more!
I have been fighting with debt busters for 8 months they have sent me my clearance letter... But still I am R10000 in debt and now they telling me they sorry they sent me a clearance certificate and information they gave me is incorrect they making my financial situation worse... They have also paid my credit providers for 2 years late! I need them to take responsibility for their negligence!
I have layed a complaint in December last year... Till to date no manager has ever tried to communicate to me... I have all in writing of confirmation when my debt review will be over... Now they make claims that I still owe accounts and it's in arreas yet they paid my providers for almost two years late which gathers interest I have logged several complaints and they simply don't respond... Working for a FSP myself this provider that is suppose to help clients destroys them even further... They are not ethical and they advice is totally incorrect... I am utterly disgusted how they handle clients it's actually a shame.
