There's no damn way to speak to them or admin of this Doorsamy man. Zero minus zero rating for them, they should learn from LANCET, how efficient and professional, prompt service delivery, polite, helpful. FLOWPATH stinks, would never recommend them, run to an alternative doctor who trusts LANCET or Ampsth. Trevor Doorsamy and FLOWPATH are the most pathetic entities.

Totally disgusting and humiliating encounter, it's pathetic for a supposed store manager to interact with a consumer with such extreme gross lack of empathy or even acknowledgement of a customer, yet it's individuals like us that ensure she has employment and contributing to the profitability of your organisation. The woman, didn't even greet me, when I explained I had returned the previous item of the same brand on the 03:12:22, due to a defect, as is with this entire brand, all purses aren't stitched together, I then mentioned that I am returning this based on the same, as I also queried my balance. She seemed dazed and came across as finding great difficulty rationalising what I was relaying. When I showed her the cavity, she never even bother, yet voicing quite loudly," oh you can't keep returning this" is that one treats a consumer? The item has a defect, it's not my fault, and she ought to familiarise herself with the NCA and Treating Clients Fairly dossiers. Truworths, used to pride themselves on superior quality and client service delivery, but sadly both are equally Disgusting! The woman is rude and her corrosive comments and demeanour was clearly visible. Such incompetence and rudeness is highly repugnant. She needs to be educated in client etiquette, and get trained on client interaction and empathy. A service and sales environment as yours, cannot afford such a person to serve within such a post. Such an employee is a poor representation of your brand. She lacks consumer centricity, in behaviour,body language and verbal skills. Utter disgrace for a store like Truworths to dish out service as ugly as this!

It's filthy for decades, I have notified your head office for decades, but it's still a thorn in the flesh, I don't shop there due to the deplorable state. I pity the patrons who do cos they have to and I guess that is why the owner of this franchise gives a hoot. I accompanied my helper yesterday, and it's beyond words to describe how dirty your store is operated. There's no wipes for years to clean or disinfect the baskets, trolleys, the very floors are a haunting sight, that too for decades has remained constantly disgustingly filthy, there's an offensive stench at your deli and the meat department, etc. Look , go visit ShopRite and learn how to be clean. I guess each of you probably is accustomed to living conditions of above to ignore pleas to clean your store tidy and presentable. There's huge ****roaches crawling amongst shoppers, it's atrocious how this store conducts business and a food store. I should approach the health department to shut your store. I won't hold my breath to see any change as it never did before. I will put this up on HELLO PETER. Disgusting.
