Excellent food ... despite the long wait. The baby chicken was cooked to perfection. 1/4 chicken on the kiddies menu despite asking us which part we preferred was only serving the leg portion. The steak was good as well... Service could definitely improve to make ones dining experience a bit more pleasant. The waiter was literally all over the place, never checked up if the meal was ok.. or if we neded any more drink etc...
Can one be so incompetent and unprofessional, in fact this company should be reported to the law society for harassment and intimidation. There is no fact checking, but ones credit recording is adversely affected by incompetent individuals hiding behind the title attorney's at law. I have received a bill of R0.00 but still offered options to settle this bill. How foes this work. Any attempt to elicit a response is met with silence. Emails are deleted without being read...
My month to month contract was cancelled with vodacom in February 2020, my last payment was March 2020, my April 2020 bill shows a R0.00 balance. However, my account was handed over to MBD for collection. I now have a bill of +-R671,00 in collection fees. I have received an unprofessional looking bill from MBD also showing a R0.00 balance.... Vodacom has no clue of what's happening. MBD has deleted my messages without reading them n I now have a note on my credit rating stating, Vodacom account handed over
A bunch of incompetent liars, who oversell a product and when it comes to claiming NOTHING BUT NOTHING is covered. THEY FIND ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES NOT TO PAY A CLAIM. BEWARE M-SURE stated that the diagnostic is covered if it is with their preferred service provider, i must pay first and submit the invoice to claim., which i did. I was then told that the diagnostic is not covered, but once the claim to repair the gear box has been registered it will be paid. I am still waiting for the voice recording of the claim, where i was told that the claim for the diagnostic will be paid. I then attempted to claim for the automatic transmission and gear box - i was advised that the cover will only pay to replace the gear box but NOT ANY OF THE testing or investigation to establish the fault. I am apparently NOT COVERED for what i am covered for in the policy STRIP AND QUOTE , if i didn't accept the R35,000 quote from TECHNOCAR to replace the gearbox at MSUREs cover for R12,500 . I paid M-Sure Preferred service provider R4233.14 and removed my car from the garage. a bunch of lying thieves....
