Hi. Today I went to your Kiosk in Berea Centre in Durban for a SIM swap..only having a sworn affidavit and a proof of address because I was hijacked and all my belongings were taken including the ID card. Your manager there told me that They can only help me if I have my original ID; I explained the situation to her but she was not interested... Just now I went to Musgrave also in Durban; they helped me without any hassles. Can you enlighten me about your SOP's.. do they differ from store to store or it was just that incompetent lady? Please speak to her; she seems not to know her Job
I have literally sat here for almost 5 hours now. I came to change front Shock absorbers only. I do not know what is happening here people who came after me have been assisted while my car is just left thère unnattended. I would never recommend this nonsense place to anyone
So on the 4th of January 2020 I was in a car accident with my son. Car written off and all that. Luckily no injuries to both of us. On that same day but at night round about 19h30, I went to a nearby liquor outlet to get some liquor as I wanted something to calm me down after that traumatic experience. When the insurance claim process was commenced, they needed my bank statement of that same day and it appeared that I used my card to buy liquor, so since the statement doesnt show the time of purchase, they wanted proof that I comsumed liquor after the accident and not before it. I went to Capitec in Richards Bay Boardwalk inkwazi Mall. A very nice lady helped me by the name of Sne. She said to me they have to call the service office to draft a letter for me with all required details by the insurance, of which she did and said i must come back after 3 working days I will get the letter. That was the 4th of February this year.. then i went back on the 8th. When she printd the letter from the Service Office email, it was the wrong date, wrong amount wrong time. She phoned them again to tell them they did a wrong thing and they need to rectify it ASAP and now send it to me directly my personal email that they promised to do it. But even today I havent recieved that letter. I do not know how yiu guys work, but you realy are costing me. I need a car mostly because i use it for work purposes now Im stuck my claim cant be taken further, insurance company is waiting for that letter. Please Please Please!!!!!
