Your business had subscribed me your services without my permission twice. Fist time while I was sleeping at 7am in the morning. I cancel the first subscription. And 3 hours later get subscribed again. I have now canceled the subscription again and changed my settings with MTN. I have not given any permission to subscribe to any of your subscriptions. Blatant theft on your behalf of your company and would like my money back. I would like feedback on how your company is looking into this scam. I pressume one of your employees are deducting on your behalf. Cameron
Received an sms for a monthly subscription for Reycreo at 7am in the morning. While I was sleeping no less. Never subscribed or gave permission to do so. Canceled subscription but dialing 135 at 9:30am when I read the sms that came through. Again at 12:21pm got another subscription confirming payment for a monthly subscription to Reycreo. Again canceled and changed my subscription settings on 135.BUT they have charged me R18. This may not seem like a lot but it is blatant theft. I have not subscribed nor given autherization. THIS IS A SCAM that needs to be stopped. So I call the call center at mtn to speak to a service consultant and got cut off 3 times. I never got to speak to a consultant at all eventually Service from MTN is shocking and it seems like Reycreo has been doing this for over a year and it is not been addressed by MTN. I would like my money back and a call from a service consultant to explain to me what they are doing about Reycreo. Regards Cameron
