My daughter was registered - received no response. I paid her fees in full and had to register her elsewhere. Damelin is absolutely unhelpful - they just take your money and you get nothing in return
I enrolled my daughter to write matric subjects last year April. I was not at all informed that by that time she had already passed the deadline to write last year. I have been paying every month. We sent numerous emails and made countless calls as she could not access the student portal. NONE response. Eventually we were told that she can carry over the studies to the current year. In March we received student information to access the portal. Only to find out that once again, it passed the deadline for her to register with the Dept of Education. We called once again numerous times and eventually got in our car and drove to Braamfontien, We met a lady Zizipo who undertook to follow up and revert to us in 2 days. This was 2 weeks ago and no response. I emailed all possible email addresses I could find for Damelin - no response. We called today 20 April again for numerous times and still no one gets back to us. I want a refund as I had to register my daughter elsewhere since Damelin clearly only cares about the debit order and not a person's future. I suppose no-one will respond to this complaint either.
Our church has been trying to do a sim swop, however we are constantly being given different amounts to pay. Now that we have paid everything we were told, we are now being told that Vodacom has loaded the account for cancellation. We only requested a cancellation quote and no instruction was given that we accept the quote. For every other little thing, vodacom asks for a letter on our letterhead, yet they decide to just cancel. Our Pastor and I have been back and forth to Vodacom, only to be faced with another hurdle. Our Senior Pastor is late. He had a vodacom contract under the church name. We have been trying to cancel this contract, however we have been sent from pillar to post. We are then told that we should not have contacted other Vodacom departments first. We have even been to Vodacom offices to sort this out and unfortunately it's unfruitful. We need to have the contract cancelled due to his death. A death certificate has also been presented, yet no way forward. The number in question is 082 387 1774. There may be 2 other contracts linked to this. Can someone please assist us.
I purchased a logik cake mixer with stand about a month ago. I used it only once and it doesn't work anymore. I have unfortunately no longer the receipt or packaging. I find that it's ridiculous that this product has such short life span. I purchased it from Game in River Square Mall, Three Rivers Vereeniging. I would really like to be refunded and hand the product back.

Good day. Two weeks ago I wrote a review on POLMED. It's in regards with my mum in law who is 78 and is a stroke patient. She was being nursed at TRIMED and upon POLMED's recommendation and approval of full time home nursing, we moved her to our residence. Yet POLMED has decided to revoke this approval and according to them, my mum in law has no need for medical care. Therefore they believe it's not necessary to continue cover. However we have sent through motivations. We are desperate. My dad in law is 80 and has back problems since he stood on a land mine whilst serving in the SAP. He is incapable of assisting her. She is permanently on nappies and cannot do anything for herself. She has continuous hallucinations and is constantly on medication. Please assist us.
I am a bit late with this. However I want to say thank you to HP. About 5 years ago I had issues with STD bank regarding the purchase transaction of our home. I submitted a complaint with HP and the hassles of 10months was resolved in a week. Thank you for creating the platform. Blessings to the Team.
Good day, I am trying to get a response from Polmed and all I get are automated responses. It has to do with an appeal for my mum in law receiving home care - which Polmed has stopped covering.
