**** and poor service
They are ****** my car was involves in an accident and they said its a write off and they were lying cause i asked for the papers from their insurance confirming that and they refused and their contract say if the car is a write off you loose and don't get another car. You can't have your own comprehensive insurance because their cars are DO NOT TOW so no other insurance can take their car except their Insurance. I asked for the car back so that i can fix it myself they refused, I've reported them to Ombudsman.
