Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
I recently stayed at this estate, and it was a complete letdown. The management was terrible. Communication was practically non-existent, and I received no response when I tried to reach out for assistance. It was incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re hoping for a relaxing getaway. As for cleanliness, it was worse than I expected. The house was dirty, and there were stains on the furniture and bedding. The floors hadn’t been swept, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. It felt like no effort was put into maintaining the property, and it was incredibly off-putting. Overall, the lack of proper management and poor cleanliness completely ruined our stay. It’s a shame because the location had potential, but I can’t overlook the basic level of service and cleanliness that was missing. I would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve these areas. Manager: 0665666538

Swak diens van Arrie Nel Montana
Arrie Nel apteek het so swak geraak nadat hulle geskuif het. Ek het verskeie gevalle gahad waar personeel nie luister as 'n mens bel om te vra oor medikasie wat afgelewer moet word nie. Vandag weer, weereens hoeveel keer gevra om terug te s***el. Geen kommunikasie. Moes weer terugbel en vra vir aflewering en moes alles weer verduidelik het want die apteker het natuurlik nie die boodskap gekry nie. Gevra om dit deur medies te sit. Raai wat, afgelewer en niks is deur medies gesit nie. Dié apteek verloor kliënte. Interessant van alles, personeel sit in die apteek en maak TikToks en publiseer dit. Hoe kan n besigheid dit toelaat!!!

Rude waiters
I have never experienced such rude and vulgar waiters ever. The service delivery is very poor and very rude. Shame on you. It is such a good place for a good outing.

Poor service delivery
I inquired about a house in Magalieskruin on 16 July 2022 with the realtor Johan. No response. After asking again about the same house on 20 July 2022, Johan informed me Lwandie would contact me. It is now 23 July and still no response. I know Just Imagine Properties is doing a lot for the community but their service delivery is very poor. I will not recommend them.

Alberts Liquor City in Magalieskruin, Pretoria
I bought non-alcoholic beer last week that I did not know expired in April. On Friday, I got bad diarrhea. I gave it back to the manager on Monday. As a company, you should not sell expired products. Very bad experience. I will definitely not support them anymore.

Bad food
I bought food from Kontrei Kombuis on 2020.03.11. Yesterday, I fell ill with diarrhea. Not happy with the fresh food that people are suppose to get.

Poor performance from Auto & General
I had a burglary at my home on 2020.02.04 and called Auto & General because the perpetrators broke down my door and security gate. The call center agent told me they are going to arrange a security officer for the next few days until the claim is finished. There was a NO SHOW. I had to sleep in a house with doors that are broken and no safety measurements. NOT GOOD!!!
