ITHEMBA WILL *******LY SWITCH OFF THE ELECTRICITY IF YOU ARE 4 DAYS LATE ON RENT!!
I have lived at the Onyx in Maboneng for more than a year due to it’s proximity to taxis to Isando where I work. But I have had enough, at the end of this month I am leaving and never moving into an Ithemba property ever again in my life. I have had bad experiences from long power outages, low water pressure issues but what makes things horrible is how they manage late rent payments. I have had my electricity switched off 4 days after rent was due before I could even request an arrangement with the head office which is ******* because they don’t have court orders. I have been locked out of my apartment merely 10 days after rent is due. The worst part is the hostility from the building manager. They really push you down to your lowest and demoralise you.

3 WEEK LATE PACKAGE
I was sent a package on the 9th of July and it was supposed to be delivered to me 3-5 days ,maximum, later but I still haven’t received it and they have not given me any feedback as to where my package is. I’m very upset as that package has very personal valuables that I need ASAP. Today is the 29th of July and I have run out of patience. If anyone has any solutions,here is my tracking number: D610600013334.

This agency is a complete SCAM!!!!
We made a booking in October for an Apartment in St Francis Bay named: “St Francis Bay Beach Apartments” Today we came together from all corners of the country as a family in St Francis Bay only to be told that the home owner cannot be found and that they’ve decided to cancel our booking and gave us an option of R11000 that we should pay ourselves although we’ve already paid for the accommodation,so we basically have to cough up over a grand although we’ve already paid nearly a grand for an accommodation they failed to provide regardless of us paying in time!! We are completely stranded in a foreign city. The consultant, Sophia L, on the phone was Nonchalant about the situation and wasn’t bothered by the fact that we are stranded in the middle of nowhere! We are all females with suitcases with no accommodation and no promises of a refund or an alternative place to stay!! I completely don’t recommend this booking agency as they disappoint people at the very last minute and don’t take responsibility of their own mistakes. I’m outraged and stranded. They’ve completely scammed us! Don’t use this incompetent booking agency or book at that can of an apartment!
