As 702 listener my husband and i fell for Khaliques of how Bongani highly spoke of them, Not knowing that a 100% Cotton suit that cost more 10000 can start shredding in 2 years and i am actually worried about the rest of the suits that we bought from them. 702 kindly stop advertising for this company as they don't want to compensate us or even to meet as half way. what a disgrace.
Suit that cost me more than 10000 only to start shredding on the second year of having it, we were told that it is 100% cotton as it is written inside. For Khaliques to drag 702 radio station to advertise for them knowing vey well that there selling **** suits and the lies that come with the people from their head office unprofessionalism its actually disturbing. I hope Khaliques Mall of Africa knows i wont take this lying down.
At this times of COVID where your told there is a basket that is allocated for such one still declined medication.I was told to pay out of my pocket by their so called Superior promised refund within 3 days,3weeks later am still waiting Mr TEDDY MOSOMOTHONE this theft,empty promises,incompetent ,inconsiderate of people.3WEEKS,3WEEKS 3WEEKS .
Tested positive for COVID have to wait for 2 working days before I can be authorised to get medication,am paying +-4000 to be give such a service failor.No sense of agency,So incompetent and unprofessional.so called customer care will be talking over you when you talking to them.Bankmed(Discovery )is such waist of money.only if ABSA can take away the contract from this people honestly I can’t deal.Hazel
Mr Hugo good evening ,for the passed 2 month am experiencing worse service in your company one can never imagine,from a customer care to a logistic manager everyone is the same. I logged a complain in regard to my couches they came to collected them after 6 weeks of logging a call.2 Weeks later my couches are back but there are not mine by so saying the colour is wrong.called no one is assisting between 4 people no one is able to help.what am asking is can I have my money back.since well no one is willing to help.people in your company are unprofessional,incompetent and with no sense of urgency.
My granny ordered a secondary card for me in April last year at Identity store in pretorious street (Pretoria Central) they requested my ID, proof of residence, my grannies ID and the card I was told that I’ll get the card in 3 months. 6 months later we went back and they told us it will take 3 weeks for me to get the card. Still to date, I haven’t received the card. Mind you, I study at Mafikeng university. When my granny goes to the store they’ll be asking her for my ID, which obviously she doesn’t have with her. I find this unprofessional, incompetent and disloyal since well my granny is paying her account very well. Regards Tisetso
My first claim with bettersure was declined, my second declined my roof started linking after the Heil storm we had couple of weeks ago now the can't cover me because my roof is not well maintained, when do they cover me????? I actually put 2 claims at once but none of them is covered all of them have an explanation that doesn't even make sense Dorothy (Manager) doesn't even respond to email since you can't speak to her telephonically.remember to even get feedback you have to call them I put my claim on the 3rd December only get responses yesterday when I called them.iam sleeping with a door that doesn't close and roof that is linking but I can't be covered.
Mr Carl Coetzee Sir,the horrible service am receiving at bettersure I can't compare it to anything, it's amazing how management and sales support is just one and the same thing incompetent,Iam running after Jully Van Wyk almost everyday to get my celling fixed , room to be painted and have light working at my house.i was receiving calls everyday to pay the access now its done the joke its me.This is disgrace.
I bought my house last year may through better bond all went well, I was happy ended taking bettersure as well. My worse mistake ever.had an issue with the lights in the house contacted them they send an assessor 3 weeks later after calling them almost everyday to findout the outcome. I was told they won't be covering me cause our wiring was old, I didn't buy a new house and how did they even see that the wiring was old if they didn't even open the celling to check well I have a flat roof Disappointed big time the lady by the name of Ayanda was so unprofessional and rude telling me she is just giving me feedback, she is not a technician how rude.
