Amelia Pretorius = Customer Care Excellence
Rarely do you get service staff that take pride in their job. In most cases people in customer care will give good service, just OK service to keep the customer somewhat happy. Today I received excellent customer service by a Service Advisor at the Kia Roodepoort dealership. Amelia Pretorius (Service Advisor) is truly outstanding. She demonstrated customer service excellence. What impressed me is the pride she took in her job and the nice things she said about the dealership, just blew me away.
