I placed an order on 10 September 2023, to date I have not received it (3 months later). They do not answer their phones and every time I Whatsapp them, they ask me for my order number and then I never hear from them again. They do not communicate and now I tend to think that they are ****mers, because no matter how many times you enquire, nothing happens.
I placed an order via email with SUNOIL SA and received a payment link to pay for the oil. Two months later I have not received the order yet, and all their phone numbers are not operational anymore. They also do not respond to emails. I think they put a special out to attract order, and disappeared with the money. Beware, do not get caught.
I switch from my primary residence to my holiday home. I have 1 primary decoder and 2 extra views at each residence. Switching is an absolute nightmare, they never get it right the first time. I have now been without my PVR functionality for 3 weeks. Every day I phone and I get put on hold for extended periods of time, just to hear that the system has a problem and they will escalate the problem. Where do I go to get this sorted out? I am on the verge of cancelling all DSTV subscriptions
