I have received shocking customer service, don't answer their emails or keep you updated as to what is going on with your application.
In there communication, letter for 2026 they state that they have the lowest percentage increase of 9.6 percent what they don't tell you is that it's only the lowest plans that is 9 .6 and the higher the plan the higher the increase. I think they should not advertise it this way as it is very confusing
I ordered through the app on the 19th December which was paid for but canceled by them as they didn't have any drivers. They said they would reverse the amount. Up to today 9th January I still have not received any money, they say they have done the reversal yet my bank has no record of this. I find this totally unacceptable
Please don't anyone use Rentuncle for flat rentals they allow scam artists to advertise.
I have been with Fedhealth for 20 years I am now a woman of 73 yrs old. The amount that they charge for contributions has gone up and up to the extent that next year I will be paying R3336 and that is not the most expensive plan. For that money all they pay for your day to day expenses is a network GP. No specialists no xrays no medication nothing. I think that it is quite ridiculous to be paying all that amount every month. If I thought I could change medical aids I would but because of my age I dont think its possible
Parcel has been out for delivery since last week Thursday. Rams had my incorrect telephone no on their system, despite me phoning them four times to tell them the correct one. Saw on tracking it was out again today with same comment from driver, couldn't get hold of client. Shocking service as it is still not resolved.
