Aggressive Sales Tactics and Terrible Customer Support
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CarTrack. I received a sales call from a representative trying to upsell me on a product. Instead of just explaining the benefits of the product, this guy was warning me that I am about to get kidnapped, carjacked, and that violent things will happen to in my area and “across the nation” - to pressure me into upgrading my package. He was so aggressive and emotionally distressing that I explicitly asked him to stop using fear and violence and simply explain the merits of the product. He ignored this completely, continued in the same tone, and even spoke to me in a patronizing manner telling me that he was “educating” me. This was horrible. No customer should be emotionally manipulated or terrified into purchasing additional services. I then sent a formal complaint to CarTrack’s customer service department telling them my concerns respectfully. More than 4 weeks later, I have not received a resolution to my complaint. The silence says a lot. At this point, I feel that CarTrack is perfectly comfortable with fear-mongering sales tactics and equally comfortable ignoring customers who raise concerns about them. I expected better from a company operating in the SECURITY industry. Instead, of feeling secure I am just stressed out and completely unsupported. I will now be cancelling my service and moving to a provider that understands the difference between customer education and emotional abuse.

NETFLORIST RUINED MY MOTHER'S BIRTHDAY
R650 on a bouquet of DEAD ROSES. Roses that are supposed to be pink arrived brown and worn out. And if I had not been with my mother when she received them, I would not have known about this horrible service. WHAT A WASTE!!!

Simply Stunning
This is an incredibly fantastic online retailer that provides fantastic quality products and excellent customer service. The process of purchasing from them is easy and convenient. They are readily available to assist with queries. I have never had any doubts or worries that I would receive my products and they would be beautifully packaged and delivered on time. I highly recommend Matildas!

Wow, I Love These Guys!!!
What incredible service I have received from this company! I'm impressed with their products, their pricing and how quickly they process queries. I am a very happy customer. I would like to recommend them for anyone who would like products of the highest quality and professional service.
