3 months after contacting them regarding my Fibre line issues, the are still not getting back to me. I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting. The promises me 2 months ago someone will come out but nothing. I've lost so much business because of this. I even send them an email to 2 departments that I'm canceling with immediate effect. They didn't even react to that. So next step is reversing my debit order an oh boy I feel sorry for the one contacting me then. But I'm through with them. They are past useless. I even had to switch to my mobile data just to post this review.
I don't know how these guys keep their doors open. Worst customer service. I want to buy something from them so you phone them and they take your details to phone back but never phone back, tried 6 times already. Also tried their Whatsapp line but they don't reply. I can just imagine how difficult it would be to get a refund from them if I battle like this just to buy something that I know they have in stock.
Worst service provider ever. We have constant issues with our internet and keeps on cutting off. You can't do anything and after numerous emails to them they just don't care. Don't get fooled like us by signing up with them. No wonder they make you sign a contract longer than a marriage contract.

They allow unauthorised debit orders to go off your account during lockdown and when I wanted to reverse it they told me that they don't allow any debit orders to be reversed now. I mean they take your last money that you kept for food and then say they can't help you. Says allot about their slogan "how can we help you". You dont want to help. I'm changing my bank to Standard Bank now. Much better service and cheaper on banking fees.
We ordered food through the drive through, and when we got home we discovered that there was burgers missing. Rushed back but they were closed already. I reported it to Burger King head office but they just don't get back to you.
Worst Sushi experience ever. The offer a buffet, but their was nothing on the turning belt to choose from except watermelon pieces. When I complained, the waiter told us to order from the menu, but waiting time will be more than an hour as their is orders in front of us. Waste of time and money!
