Discovery, both diagnostic reports from Dals Libertas and Boss were incorrect. Audi did a test and nothing in your reports were related. They replaced the waterpump on my audi and I am extremely grateful. You owe me Maureen and Nelson, (Discovery) Francois (Dals Libertas) and Boss. Thumbs up Audi N1 City.
Pathetic service is an understatement. I lodged a claim end of Jan 2020. The claim was authorised and I took the vehicle in the morning to have the damaged assessed. Leslie from Netassess assessed the vehicle at Dals Libertas and advised me to leave the vehicle at Dals because I also wanted them to do a diagnostic test to check the slight sound on the engine besides the undercarriage and a slight oil leak which I was told a week later the oil in the tank was still there and it was fine. Bearing in mind my car has been standing at Dals for a week already without any calls to me from Discovery or Dals to confirm authorization. I called them Tuesday to ask about the progress. I was told the vehicle has been lifted in the workshop there was some misunderstanding and they would order the parts which will take another week. long story short after almost a month on the 26th I called in and I was told by Francois at Dals my engine has seized. Our secretary was so shocked when I loudly said how can the engine seize I then drove it there and it was parked outside their parking bay. He has a nerve to tell my that it is going to seize. Fri I get a call I must go fetch the car at Boss because the engine seized, and I should pH my Discivery. Francois sent them a report that the sound on my engine was not related to my claim., bearing in mind they are panel beaters. Discovery gave them authorisation to send it away for a second opinion. At what point and how did that engine seize. I filed a complaint via email to complaintsinsure and Maureen the team leader said she'd investigate a week ago. Numerous calls and emails for them to respond to no avail. I even copied Nelson their manager still no response. I have been advised to take this matter to the ombudsman. My entire social life has been turned upside down being without transport. I'm not only a teacher but I'm a community worker as well. Underprivileged children depend on me for their weekly to monthly outings in my car Discoverery you need to reshuffle your staff Ceo of Discovery Anton Ossip will hear about this in the media as well. Disgusted with the way the Dals Libertas, Boss auto repairs Netassess and Discovery collude and lie to avoid providing excellent customer service. DISGUSTED client claim no 2270086.
