No service. At All

I have been using this company for the last few months to host customer websites, with the occasional problem here and there. I signed up a brand new client to their hosting service, and from the start I had problems. I ordered the service, paid for it immediately and nothing has happened since. I haven't received the temporary domain details, account details or anything. It is now a day later and nothing has happened. I have left many messages but they cant even be bothered to just phone me back. I have now missed a deadline for a demo with my client, which places me in a bad situation, and they just cant be bothered to even react to anything.
