If I could give less than 1 star I would! Willem Thomas from Iron Oak is an absolute bull ****ter - DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY!!! We paid him R10k around July/August 2025 with the promised completion/delivery date in November 2025. This date came and went with numerous promises to reschedule and deliver our order. We have even offered to go pick it up to no prevail. Empty Promises and lies are all he delivers on! DO NOT TRUST HIM!
I had clear burglars bars installed a few weeks ago and would like to recommend SheerGuard to anyone who needs it. Jonathan was extremely efficient, right from the quotation stage right to the end. Excellent installation and service! I would recommend them to all!!
In January 2020 my 6 week old Fitbit Charge 3 started giving problems and ultimately failed. I contacted the Fitbit team via their website and I have to commend them on their efficiency and the high level of attentive service and instruction they provided me with. Within a couple of days they have delivered a new Charge 3 to my door, all the way from Amsterdam, at no cost or inconvenience to myself. My mind is blown! Thank you Fitbit Team!!
I spilled water on my desk and it ran over my 12.5 month old iPhone X which caused the screen to flicker and go black. Apple Waterfront are now quoting me R12000.00 (+/- $1000.00) to repair it with the only description being "Device is drawing very little Power. Unit out of warranty" I am shocked and sorely disappointed in their lack of customer service and product support especially as the device was sold as certified water resistant as per below: "The iPhone X is designed to be waterproof up to 1 meter or approximately 3 feet. The iPhone X has rated IP67, meaning that it is completely dust-resistant and water-resistant when submerged at a depth of 1 meter or less." My desk is hardly a meter under water. The device also has ZERO damage to it which could result in water getting in.
