I moved my LTE Router to a different area, however when I contacted Afrihost I told that they need to contact MTN to change IP address on the Towers. Its been 3 days later and nothing has been fixed. When you call 080001100021 the consultant listen to your problem and put you on hold to never return. This pathetic service all day long. Another thing Im not paying for the days that the Device was not working.
To my surprise Life Power deducted the premium today. Where the hell must I get money this time of the month? You took my travelling money. Return my money immediately and debit my account on the 20/12/2019. No man, your Company is putting me 2000 steps back. My contract state that my account be debited on 25 of each month not 6th.
These people are a total fraud. They deducting money however when you call them, they tell you that the consultant will contact you. The consultant going by the name of Promise, whom I whatsapp as well never return any calls. Yesterday a debit order went off my account again, but the phone call never comes to update me on the progress of my case. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.
