Excellent service!
Their site is simple and clean. I ordered on Friday morning. I received plenty of communication and was surprised when my product arrived on the Monday! That is very professional. Well done.

Decent people indeed.
Got some money with these guys. I had made a administrative mistake and needed them to create a new investment. I note the closing balance and carry on. Come to the new account, 2 months later, and the shares that were transferred came in at a better rate (possibly a spot rate on the day). I scored! My point is that they didn't need to do that. I wouldn't have had any idea. I made the mistake and they didn't slap me with penalties or extra admin fees. They were honest and I really like honest companies.

What a let down.
Their internet is bearable. Their back-end and support system is literally the worst interfacing that I have experienced. 15 years ago, Webafrica were the greatest thing to hit the SA market. *** happened???

Probably the best online purchase experience of my life.
I haven't even received my order yet and I am absolutely enamoured with the service provided by this company. Their chat line is brilliant and they have kept me up to date with every step of the purchase and delivery. A very impressive business.

So refreshing to see this type of service exists!
I got let down BIG TIME by my insurance who gave money to a contractor who absconded with my money. I got in touch with Ashley who had been a part of the team commissioned to repair my house. This guy really helped me out! Got me engineering diagrams and certificates and even found the original architect. This is service above and beyond the call of duty. I HIGHLY recommend him for all Civil engineering work.

Lovely to deal with a business like this!
Ordered some products from them. Simple process and efficient process. When product arrived, it had the wrong frequencies. I contacted them and they made it incredibly simple to swap out. Service like this should be commended!

Poor products AND service
I don't normally rant about poor service and products but these guys are the pits. I bought some lights for my car. They didn't work so I pay to send them back. They tell me that the lights work (with no proof) and that I must pay for the lights to come back to me. I have multiple mechanics confirm that there is nothing wrong with my car (and one of the old lights works on both sides). So now I offer to drive all the way to Joburg to see the lights working in their environment. Suddenly, everyone there can't help and is away and then it becomes 'tough luck'. Truly abysmal service from these guys. Tons of effort on my side to get this rectified and they just stick up the middle finger....
