I would like to give a below zero if I could. 30-40 min ago I’ve called Uber taxi to Rahima Moosa hospital and driver arrived , but refused to fetch me from usual collecting point , he wants me to walk to another gate and it was very dangerous (darkness, stray dogs, ********s outside). I was trying to explain him, that this is a usual collection point, whole night patients are getting collected from this point but he was swearing on me, insulting me and finally other driver , normal one fetched me from the usual point. It is absolutely unacceptable that we don’t have even phone number to report so rude and unprofessional drivers who is putting us in huge danger and making us feeling frustrated and depressed. Today I was waiting for Uber driver 1 hour instead of promised 5 min. I was trying to contact driver or admin but it was no any reply. By the end of the trip I was even charged for cancellation which was not done. And it is not 1st time they are giving ds o horrible service. I want them to refund my fees for so scary service.
I m just a new client to AvaTrade and I’m very frustrated and devastated. Instead of helping new customers they are making obstacles and barriers. It is very difficult to find someone for advice. Their customer service is just a robot, machine which can’t even recognise trading number. It is almost impossible even to login - chronic technical issues. You are receiving “profitable signals “ but as ll your positions are going to be in minuses despite of profitable signals. Cherry on the top- they just blocked my account without any warning or discussion. I strongly don’t advise to invest in this trade.
I would like to g give them below zero but it is impossible. Their service is horrible exactly like a Buffalo. Delivery can take up to one week or even more. You never know when they appear- just like a snow in summer. No any arrangements, no any notification. You must sit at home 2-3 days. Yesterday I was working and my hospital is in 4 km from my home. Rude and stupid courrier spent 10 minutes arguing on phone but didn’t deliver parcel. “You must rearrange on Monday” But on Monday the same situation can happen. They are rude and stupid. They must lean how to be nice and flexible from Take a lot.
Horrible service. I’ve reported about my garage door accident tonight and still unhelped till now . Whole night and morning my property still widely opened. ( I allowed for security assistance for R 3000).Electrical suppose to come morning time but he didn’t and doesn’t answering his phone.for amount I’m paying monthly I could find few handy men and fixe the door long ago. Service in ABSA bank is really horrible.
This is absolutely horrible company , you will never see your money again. Success managers never give you adequate advice. You are going to deposit more and more till your margin abrupt and you lose all your funds. Company is South African, but success managers are Bulgarian, working from Bulgaria, is it not strange?
Looks like a company of ****mers. Their success managers are giving wrong recommendations to clients just to make them losing all the money and deposit funds again and again.
It was the worse experience about Pickan Pay. One idiot called himself Tomy at Pick and pay closing Campus Square took my smartshoper card to exchange it and disappeared for 1hr.
It was my first experience and it was very negative. I did R receive my mini washing machine and didn't have any apologies for that prior I R contacted them and complained.They promise to refund but it is long way .I must not just send my bank details , , I must prove that account belongs .means I must go to the Bank.....my time cost nothing?And I, ve already paid for delivery.! Andi u could buy much more but I was collecting my orders ,adding every day something new, but this way is impossible .very difficult to make large order be sure items are not classified. I will never deal with them again .It is many options online!
This is the worst travel service I my life.I.m dealing with agent Monica Ferreira and my cruise is on 29.03 , till now I don't have any booking confirmation, ticket ETC . Looks like ske just disappeared with my money .
