I would even rate it a zero. I recently opened a platinum credit card and was disappointed with the benefits, as they did not match what was explained over the phone. I filed a complaint, but it remains unresolved. Consequently, I decided to cancel the card without making any transactions. Now, I am surprised to find that I am required to pay a settlement fee of R546.64, despite not having spent anything on the card. I feel misled, as the information provided seemed incorrect, and I am now asked to pay this amount. I find the situation quite unfair.
Capitec increased my credit card balance without consulting me and it is now the 3rd time they are doing it, when I called them and asked them to decrease it they told me that I must go to branch they can’t help me. They are able to go to my account and increase my balance without my permission but they can’t decrease while I give them permission what nonsense is that!!!! I was on the phone with them for 20 minutes using my airtime now I must use my money to go to the branch for something that’s not even my fault. I am even thinking of closing the card because it keeps on increasing and they don’t inform me I just see it on the statement.
I just lost almost 1063 vodabacks which expired I tried to login on my Vodapay app I couldn’t and lost all my vodabacks and they said I can’t be helped when Vodabacks there’s nothing they can do even if I had a problem with the app

I bought a soul sister 2 at Chicken Licken OR Tambo I couldn't even finish the meat it was very crispy outside but inside its not fully cooked, a bit wetty and had a bit of blood I took a picture for proof
In 2020 I upgraded and got 2 promotion phones and a sim which was due for an upgrade February 2022 I ended up upgrading on the 29th March 2022 and only took data. I told the consultant that He must cancel the second number since I wont be using it as a contract. Today I discovered that I won't be able to cancel because the contract has already been topped with airtime and I have to pay for the contract until July 2022 or pay for the cancelation fee. Why am I paying for the cancelation whereas I spoke to the consultant before the 1st of April to cancel?

Its been years trying to get assistant and I hope this time my issue will be resolved. I have been trying to get assistance regarding depositing money in your account I have deposited a cheque in your and I was suppose to deposit it in a different branch. Please do assist me I do have proof of the deposit slip. I have been calling but failing on getting help. Its been 4 years trying to get refunded with the cheque deposited in your account. Please advise on who can I communicate with regarding this matter your response is highly appreciated
Its disappointing that people still buy there even though the prices increase every week its not fair for the consumers. They're prices are not constant last week i buy things on a cheaper rate the next week you go back the prices went up.
