I got my rain sim card 13 October 2020. Activated And bam I had internet 16 November 2020 the tower went down, after numerous calls emails and having to to deal with one agent after the other and giving all the relevant info it is now 18 November and I decided to cancel my service. I have to date not received any feedback nothing. The internet itself was great bit the call centre and support staff performance is poor to say the least. I am a business owner and I am all for helping smaller telecommunications companies with support but their loyalty and support to their customers is lacking and unfair to those who actually want to support them
Fraud on their side had my husband blacklisted for something he never applied for. no paperwork signed no loans ever negotiated no nothing not even a copy of his id card. They will get a judgement against you and you can do nothing about it
