Accounts and customer service is shocking... been trying to sort out a rental amount due to us since May and every time the answer is that the file is now a priority. Also they take the rental amount from tenant and we struggle to get it from them.... We opted for them not to be the managing agent and still they act like they are. Do not try to talk to the principal Noeleen... she does not return calls and do not answer her phone..... Hate to think what it must be like buying or selling a house with them.........
