My boyfriend took out a wifi contract for us in August 2019. We have had endless problems. We phoned them from the Mtn shop in New Market Mall, to let them know that we will pay cash every month. We paid cash end of that month, and then two days later they deducted another installment. Our wifi was working for 5 days. We phoned them again, as the shop couldnt pick up our account. We spoke to 3 different people, and they can't pick up our account. Two payments later, and we have nothing! Can someone phone Reynier Kruger, and sort this out? This is ridiculous.
The receptionist never answers the phone. i always have to ask my friend at the pharmacy to go and talk to Angie. i can't even find an e-mail address for the doctor.
