Worst experience with Edreams who offers an option for 'free date change' of flights, at an extra cost. Yet when I tried to use this option, I was referred to the air carrier's website and had to rebook from start and do a complete new booking - did not get a refund, did not change my dates. This is the second time it happens. Not impressed at all.
Makro failed to deliver my order which I have fully paid for. They have NOT REFUNDED me and are sitting with my money. I can not get a refund, no assistance. I tried WhatsApp, email, phone. Nothing. Been going for over a month now.
Most terrible service ever for a simple request to have debit order details changed. Its been months and they keep on asking for the same documents, After every submission you wait a week then they come back and ask for something else that was already sent. NO contact name of person dealing with your query, NO contact number. Shocking!!
Terrible terrible service. Received an SMS without having received any previous correspondence - they do not answer their phone and can not provide the details of the amount.
Terrible terrible terrible. NO feedback for 3 weeks my query was ignored completely. Then after 3 weeks i had to ask my question again, as they had no trace of it, Then they did not understand how to answer. Most terrible, frustrating, annoying service ever.
I have been waiting for my Healthy Food Pick&Pay card for 5 solid months. I phoned 1000 times, ordered online, sent emails. None of the operators seems able to track the card that was apparently sent. Have paid vitality fees for 5 months and have received NO BENEFITS from them whatsoever. Noting. Be vary wary of this lot.
