Just awesome!! Deserve 6 stars
This has been the most pleasant experience ever. One thing to know, is that custom build mac only come in space grey (Which was awesome for me and love it) but their website state they will call you to confirm the color, which is not the case for Custom builds. But still deserve a 6 stars if possible. Ordered a custom build Macbook Pro, was told that they will receive stock in 26th March. They received stock earlier (18th March) and got an update that my order was ready for dispatch on the 19th March. I phoned them just to make sure this is not a system fault, and they said no they will received stock earlier and I will receive my Mac the 23rd March (Due to the 22nd being a public holiday) By my surprise, I received my mac the 20th March. I am really please with their service and will recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work

Worst Client Service and System
On 23 July 2019, I requested to cancel my Fibre on the 23/24 of August. After a few mails back and forth I was told that I would have to pay a cancellation service of somewhere around R2800 because I did not have the service long enough. I just followed up and requested why the cancellation was so High and they said that their system states I did a full Fibre Installation and activation with delivery of their router. I complained as I did not do an installation and I just transferred from another ISP. (No installation was done and getting the service activated with Giga Go was another nightmare which would be 10 times longer than this review) After another few email they affirmed that I only did Installation and my charge would be R650 (For activation) and that the line can only be released the 29th August 2019. To my suprise, the 30th came and my new ISP stated that the lines has not yet been released and I had to follow up with Giga Go AGAIN. Got the line released and here we are almost another month later, and I still received an Invoice and my Fibre Product is still active with Giga Go. Soo seems like GigaGo is another Telkom where you struggle to get your services running as well as cancelling them. My honest opinion for anyone reading this. Just go for a more expensive IPS with with better service. By the time of this review almost ALL IPS's lowered their fibre prices except Giga Go so they aren't the cheapest anymore as well.
