i have to go 3 times for blood test at Mulbarton Lancet purely due to incompetency every thing was mentioned clearly on Lab form by Dr Visagie and yet ,lancet staff have to call me 3 different times and took more blood

I have rented a car with Thrifty Car Rental , on 7 April 2016 , in windhoek Invoice number is 832906 , i rented a car for 2 days, but i was invoiced for 3 days I have emailed them three times, i told them even at the counter, when i was departing from airport, i have even told Gregory twice but till today no response, Absolute no care attitude Can anyone please pass me a credit for one day, and send me the revised invoice
